Dialogue, Not Monologue

Engage with book summaries like a podcast – two voices discussing the core ideas for a dynamic learning experience, rather than a single narration.

Your Chance to Give Back

Got Questions?

We’ve got answers. Here’s everything you need to know before getting started.

What is the purpose of Artefactum Books?

We aim to make knowledge accessible to everyone.

Why have you discounted the memberships?

We don’t want money to be a barrier to knowledge.

Do you plan to grow the book library?

Yes – we’re working to grow the library to over 8,000 titles by 2026, with new books added every day.

How do I get the additional memberships for friends and family on Premium Yearly?

Once you sign up, access codes are sent to your registered email address. Simply share these with your friends and family to give them free access.

How long are the audio book summaries?

Most summaries are around 10-20 minutes, giving you the core ideas of a book without the fluff.

Can I listen to the summaries in other languages?

Currently our summaries are in English. Support for more languages coming soon starting with Spanish and French.

What kinds of books are in the library?

Our catalogue covers business, self-development, psychology, finance, leadership, science, and 200+ categories – curated for curious, ambitious readers.

Do you offer a free trial?

We don’t currently offer a free trial, but our Early Access plan gives you a full year of unlimited access for just £14.95 – less than the cost of a single book.

How does the community work?

Every book has its own discussion space where members can post insights, ask questions, and share key takeaways with other readers.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time from your account settings.

What happens to my access if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again after that.

Do you have an app?

We’re currently building the iOS app, with Android to follow shortly after.

What happens when the Early Access offer ends?

Once the first 5,000 spots are filled, the Early Access price will no longer be available. Existing members keep their rate for as long as they remain subscribed.

How are the weekly scholarships awarded?

We review applications on a rolling basis and prioritise those who demonstrate a genuine desire to learn but face financial barriers. You can apply directly through out support page.

Who curates the summaries?

Our summaries are produced by a combination of expert human readers and advanced AI – every one is reviewed before publishing to make sure it captures what actually matters.
